NATO SUMMIT MEETINGS TO BE HELD IN BUCHAREST

Wednesday, 2 April
 
Throughout the day -Arrival of delegates
    -Media Pool;
18.00 -Formal arrivals of Heads of State and/or Government/Heads of Delegation at the Cotroceni Palace;
18.30 -Reception for the Press and Media at the Palace of the Parliament;
19.00 -Working Dinner for NATO Heads of State and/or Government/Heads of Delegation at the Cotroceni Palace;
19.00 -Informal Working Dinner for NATO Ministers of Foreign Affairs and the EU High Representative at the Palace of Parliament;    
19.00 -Informal Working Dinner for NATO Ministers of Defence at the Palace of Parliament;
19.30- 22.00 -Reception for all other participants at the Victoria Palace;
   
Thursday, 3 April
 
08.30 -NAC Summit at the level of Heads of State and/or Government at the Palace of the Parliament;
    - Media pool coverage for Opening Session;    
12.35 -Secretary General's press conference at the Palace of the Parliament;
13.10 -14.50 - Working Lunch for EAPC Heads of State and/or Government/Heads of Delegation and the EU High Representative, chaired by the Secretary General at the Palace of the Parliament;
    -Media pool coverage for Opening Session;   
15.15 -Meeting on Afghanistan at the level of Heads of State and/Government at the Palace of the Parliament;
    -Media pool coverage for Opening Session;
17.55 -Official Photo;
19.45 -Cultural Event at the Athenaeum, hosted by the Romanian President;
20.00 Cultural Event, followed by Reception, at the National Theatre for remaining participants.
   
Friday, 4 April
 
08.50 -Summit Meeting of the NATO- Ukraine Commission (NUC) at the Palace of the Parliament; 
    -Media pool coverage for Opening Session;
11.00 -Summit Meeting of the NATO- Russia Council (NRC) at the Palace of the Parliament;
    -Media pool coverage for Opening Session;
13.05 -Secretary General's press conference at the Palace of the Parliament;
