The Conference: «The NATO contribution- its role in Balkans stability»
The NATO implication in Balkan stability is one of the most important subjects on the NATO Summit agenda held in Bucharest. The situation in Kosovo will be in the attention of all the Chief of States and Governments gathered in Romania's capital city.
However, the subject is of extreme importance and its debate in less official circumstances is needed.
In order to offer a public debate platform for this problem of maximum interest, The Euro-Atlantic Romania Council (CEAR), through the Institute of Public Politics (IPP), and Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) organizes, in a close period to the NATO Summit held in Bucharest, the Conference "NATO contribution – its role in Balkans stability".
The choice of the town of Timisoara as host for this seminar is not accidental.  Timisoara is one of the biggest cultural centres of the West of Romania, a symbol-city for the democracy in Romania and a model of inter-ethnic collaboration.
The situation in Balkans will be debated by important NATO and EU representatives, by experts of regional organizations, ambassadors, and by leaders of the Romanian political and military life as well.

Timisoara Conference will take place at Cercul Militar.
The address: Piata Libertatii, nr. 5, Timisoara
