Accreditation Procedures

Media representatives wishing to cover the Summit need to request accreditation. Applications for accreditation can only be made electronically on-line via internet, by clicking on the following link: https://my.hq.nato.int/jas


The accreditation of journalists who have not completed the required formalities by the term stipulated in the First Media Advisory may be refused.

Accreditation Centre

Accreditations shall be issued personally to each applicant as of March 28, 9 a.m., at the Accreditation Centre, based upon a valid identity paper (passport/identity card).

Press accreditation shall not be sent by mail!

The Accreditation Centre is located in the Izvor Park, opposite to the mass-media entry to the Palace of Parliament building.

The opening hours of the Accreditation Centre are the following:

Friday 28 March 09:00 19:00
Saturday 29 March 09:00 19:00
Sunday 30 March 15:00 19:00
Monday 31 March 08:00 19:00
Tuesday 1 April 08:00 19:00
Wednesday 2 April 08:00 20:00
Thursday 3 April 07:00 20:00
Friday 4 April 07:00 12:00

Upon the issue of accreditation, journalists shall receive the final version of the Media Program and the Media Handbook, which also contains a detailed plan of the Press Center, including the briefing rooms. It shall also contain information about booking the editing booths or stand-up positions, as well as rules regarding the sharing of materials.
