Romania has a relatively simple approach to the relation with Russia, President Traian Basescu said in this Black Sea resort on Wednesday, adding that all countries, the former communist ones in particular, but notably Russia, should leave behind the Cold War logic.
'Each independent state is free to have its options, nobody can have the right of veto to its options', Basescu said at a joint news conference with U.S. President George W. Bush.
