The White House announced on Thursday that the engagements of almost 12 countries for a new attempt in Afghanistan were received; this means it should include thousands of soldiers. "The answer NATO gives today is: the help is on the way", said Stephen Hadley, National Security Advisor of the American President George W. Bush, mentioning Canadian troops consolidation request "I have a list of about 12 or 13 states" that announced their contribution at Bucharest, Hadley declared. He underlined that the list is not final and not all of these contributions are troops consolidations, as some can also be involved in reconstruction.
